Sacramento Craze
Shit's been going down out here around J and 10th downtown. Some lady decided to see what the street looked like from the top of the building on L and 10th. She has pulled this same shit like 3 times in the past 2 months.
Now today somebody crashed into 2 parked cars across the street.
