ORDER PROCESSING Once an order is received our customer service reps will begin processing your items. General order processing time is within 48 hours of order receipt. If an item is out of stock we will contact you by phone or email with options. Once your order is finalized and ready to ship we will email you a confirmation and give you the package tracking #. Please go to www.USPS.com or www.FEDEX.com to track packages. Shipping FTC ships to all 50 US states including Alaska/Hawaii & to most international countries. Please email us if you are unsure. We also ship to APO/FPO (military) addresses and P.O boxes. FTC exclusively uses US Postal Service and Federal Express. Sorry, no UPS. US & Canada For US shipments use use either ground (USPS) or 2day air (Fedex). US ground shipping time is up to 6 business days;US air shipping is 2 days. Hawaii/Alaska orders ship via Fedex air only. Canada orders are shipped using USPS with up to 9 days ship time. All customs duty is the responsibility of the customer. International FTC ships to most international countries via USPS international priority mail service delivered to you by your country’s local post office. Check the International rate chart for rates. Quotes may differ from actual charge but FTC will notify you if such a change arises. Average shipping time is 7-14 days. Customs dept. delays may add extra shipping time. All customs duty tax is the responsibility of the customer. Privacy Policy FTC is committed to customer service and satisfaction.
